Charles M. Kelly, Jr. is a founding partner of KELLY, PASSIDOMO, & ALBA, LLP, and the partner in charge of the firm's Tax, Estate Planning and Probate Department for its Naples, Florida office.
 

Mr. Kelly was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983 and has had the following work experience. During 1983 and 1984 following his law school J.D. program, he worked as a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand. During 1984 and 1985, he also attended the University of Miami Law School where he received his Masters of Law in Estate Planning (LL.M., May 1985). For the next five years he worked as an associate with the estate planning and probate department of a 150 attorney law firm based in Connecticut. In June of 1990 he became the head of the Estate Planning and Probate Department of the Naples office of a 250 attorney law firm based in Ohio. Since February of 1993 he has been the partner in charge of KPAC's Tax, Estate Planning and Probate Department.

Since 1990, Charles M. Kelly, Jr. has been certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in the areas of Wills, Trusts & Estates law, and Tax law. In addition, since 1983, Mr. Kelly has been a Certified Public Accountant in Florida. He also holds a Masters of Law in Estate Planning from the University of Miami (LL.M., May 1985). Mr. Kelly also served as President of the Estate Planning Council of Naples.
